Distribute products you are entitled to sell
Only publish products, media, branding, and files you have the right to distribute. Do not upload malware, stolen software, unauthorized keys, or content that misrepresents its ownership or compatibility.
Protect customer information
Use customer records only for the relevant business purpose and permitted relationship. Do not scrape another developer's customers, publish personal records, resell contact information, or treat the platform-wide ecosystem as a marketing list.
Send permitted communications
Campaigns and imports must have an applicable lawful basis and must respect unsubscribe, suppression, and provider rules. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive sender identities, or misleading offers.
Do not abuse licensing or commerce
Do not bypass entitlement checks, manipulate another product's credentials, fabricate purchases, misuse refund or dispute processes, or create misleading transactions. Use approved partner scopes for external orders and serial allocations.
Investigate security safely
Do not access other users' data, disrupt services, or conduct destructive testing. Use your own accounts and authorized data. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@soundsyncsolutions.biz.
Enforcement and questions
SoundSync may restrict activity necessary to address material misuse, unlawful conduct, fraud, or security risk, with an explanation where permitted. Financial reconciliation, privacy obligations, and mandatory rights remain applicable. Contact support about a restriction or permitted use.
