Send a suspected security issue to support@soundsyncsolutions.biz. Include the affected page or integration, reproduction steps, expected and observed behavior, and a non-sensitive screenshot if useful. Do not post secrets, full serials, or personal customer information publicly.
Use accounts and data you control
Keep investigation limited to your own accounts and authorized test data. Do not access another customer's records, interrupt payments or service availability, send unwanted messages, or perform destructive testing.
What happens next
SoundSync reviews the report, requests clarification where needed, and coordinates any necessary correction. No fixed response deadline, monetary bounty, or broad testing authorization is promised.
