Feedback with product context

Collect and present supported product reviews alongside the customer-facing product. Use filters for rating, date, and sort order to find feedback that needs a response.

Respond and moderate deliberately

Draft or publish a developer response and use the supported hide, unpublish, or reject workflow. Moderation and developer replies are different from evidence that the reviewer purchased the product.

Imported reviews need accurate labels

Preview CSV imports before applying them. An imported review should not be promoted as a verified purchase merely because it appears in the dashboard. Keep customer identity and consent rules in mind when reusing feedback.
