Keep verification accurate
CSV import does not turn feedback into a verified purchase review. Moderation does not prove every claim in a review. Present source/verification labels according to the actual recorded evidence.
If a growth flow offers a review incentive, it must not require a positive rating. Respect privacy when publishing names or reusing a screenshot; do not expose last names or private contact details.
