Use the same filters when comparing
Select the date range, product filter, and reseller inclusion consistently. An external-order view and managed-checkout view can have different fee and attribution treatment. Export the scoped report when you need to reconcile a particular period.
Revenue, product revenue, revenue after fees, and a payout are different measures. Use the metric definitions and financial statement rather than treating a dashboard total as immediately payable cash.
Optional external analytics
GA4 on your verified custom domain is a separate integration. It does not replace SoundSync's licensing, orders, or statement records, and its page views are not an automatically imported accounting report.
