Publish useful manuals, installation guidance, changelogs, and license notes alongside the product.

Documentation fields
| Field | Purpose |

| Product manual | Supported label, URL, and visibility for the manual |
| Install guide | Direct the customer to the correct platform/version setup |
| Changelog | Link or text describing the actual product changes |
| Helpful files | Supported title, URL, category, description, and visibility |
| Version history | Keep release information aligned with the shipped content |
Keep product policy separate from platform policy
Your product license/EULA and support guidance describe your software. SoundSync's managed-sale, refund, privacy, and payout terms describe the platform responsibilities. Do not paste a product EULA as a replacement for the platform terms.
Use the correct public/support destination. Do not publish a signed installer download, private customer library link, serial, or token as a manual URL. Check visibility and authorization for the intended audience.
Review after every release
Confirm that the manual, installation steps, system requirements, changelog, and files describe the same version. Test the customer path from product page and library, and correct obsolete screenshots when the interface changes.
