Migration Availability
No assisted Gumroad migration or commerce-platform migration service is currently offered. External-order fulfillment and package upgrades are separate capabilities.
Gumroad migration is not offered
SoundSync does not offer an assisted Gumroad migration service. SoundSync does not currently offer a migration service from another commerce platform either. There is no advertised procedure to migrate a Gumroad account, its subscriptions, or payment history into SoundSync.
Approved external-order, serial, and entitlement integrations serve fulfillment for supported partner arrangements. They are not a migration service and do not transfer marketing consent or recurring payment authority.
Package upgrades are different
HISE/JUCE package upgrades or configuration regeneration are not a transfer of customers and commerce from another platform. Follow the package guide for package-specific compatibility; do not assume payment mandates or marketing consent can be imported.
