Billing workflow

Use these surfaces when reconciling developer charges.

  1. Status

    GET /api/developer/billing/status returns status plus billing gate.

  2. Payment method

    GET /payment-method returns preview only; portal-session sends developer to Stripe-hosted billing portal.

  3. Statements and invoices

    List statements/invoices and fetch statement invoice when available.

  4. Gate behavior

    Billing gate may block selected platform actions when billing is not ready.
